Home Lands Introduces Four Resort Apartment Projects and a C-Class Promotion

On 8 February 2026, Hilton Colombo hosted the Home Lands Property Investment Roadshow. The event welcomed prospective homeowners, investors, bank representatives and property industry stakeholders.

Home Lands used the occasion to introduce four new resort apartment developments in the Greater Colombo region.

The presentation brought together residential lifestyle concepts, property choices and discussions around homeownership financing.

The announced projects included NOVA Resort Apartments in Rajagiriya, Serene Heights Resort Apartments in Thalawathugoda, Fedora Resort Apartments in Athurugiriya and Canterbury Crest Resort Apartments at Canterbury Golf City.

Together, these developments were described as adding approximately 1,000 resort apartment units.

The projects formed the centre of the roadshow's residential property presentation.

The event also introduced Home Lands Mercedes-Benz Draw 2026 under the campaign line Choose Your Lifestyle, Drive Your Dream.

The February campaign announcement featured one C-Class and connected the opportunity to 2026 property purchases. A November video update was later reported as extending the participation message to the wider public.

The automotive promotion added another dimension to a roadshow focused on property ownership and residential investment.

Commercial Bank, HNB, Sampath Bank, NDB and DFCC participated as financing institutions.

Their representatives supported the roadshow through home-loan discussions and financing consultations.

The banking participation complemented the property showcase and provided a financial services component to the event.
